| Divisional Membership | | | If PartneRewards membership is as a division, the account is established under a divisional head’s name, and all points earned will be for his/her discretionary use or distribution. | |

| PartneRewards | | | A programme developed to reward resellers for their loyalty to Tarsus and A.C.T.. The programme is for resellers only and is not open to other distributors or sub distributors. | |

| PartneRewards Tier | | | The entry level in the PartneRewards programme. A member who qualifies for this tier is entitled to the benefits attached to this level. To be able to redeem the member needs to show an annual spend of R600 000 to R5 999 999 with Tarsus and/or A.C.T.. | |

| Platinum Tier | | | The highest tier in the PartneRewards programme. A member who qualifies for this tier (annual spend of R24 000 000 + with Tarsus and / or A.C.T.) is entitled to the benefits attached to this level. | |
